Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 3 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Original tags and packaging are intact
  • The item was not marked as a final sale

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or discounted items
  • Items that have been washed, worn, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after the 3-day window

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order:

Include your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

5. Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us immediately with photos of the item. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer a full refund or replacement.

6. Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
