Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from Garut, Jawa Barat.

3. Available Couriers

We partner with trusted courier services including JNE, J&T Express, SiCepat, and others available at checkout. Courier options and rates are calculated in real time based on your delivery address.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination and selected service:

• Same city (within Garut, Jawa Barat): 1–2 business days
• Java island: 2–4 business days
• Outside Java: 3–7 business days

These are estimates only. Delays may occur due to high demand, weather, or courier capacity issues.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. The exact cost will be shown before you confirm payment.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the courier's website or app to track your package in real time.

7. Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails because no one was available to receive the package, the courier will hold the item at the nearest depot. Please contact the courier directly using your tracking number to arrange re-delivery. G.N.A.ID is not responsible for packages returned due to failed delivery.
